DCFN - Research is a service operated by Living Eden Frameworks LLC (DBA Co Creators) that maps the structural topology of a research corpus — concept-graph relationships, citation lineage, entropy gaps, convergence anchors — and, on every run, generates an Article briefing, an R&D Intelligence Decision Memo, and deepened (Layer 2 / Layer 3) analysis.
DCFN - Research is a research and intelligence tool. It is not a literature-review service, not a commissioned research firm, and not a regulatory or scientific advisory body. Outputs are the product of automated reasoning over public scientific corpora; they are not peer-reviewed, not editorially endorsed, and not a substitute for full-text reading or professional scientific judgment.
You may use DCFN - Research if you are:
By using DCFN - Research, you represent that all of the above are true.
DCFN - Research is not sold self-serve. Access comes in three forms: Try It (a reviewed Request-to-Try grant), a field license, or an enclave deployment. The run is the unit of work; every completed run delivers the full set of artifacts — there are no per-artifact charges and no gated “deeper” upsell. Everything a run produces is yours.
Trial access. A Request to Try (reviewed individually) grants a Try-It code worth 3 runs per calendar month, recurring, at no charge. Ongoing or production use is a field license or a private enclave engagement.
What a run produces — all of it, every time. Submit 2–3 research topics. The engine pulls hundreds of papers from six sources (Semantic Scholar, arXiv, PubMed, OpenAlex, GitHub, Hugging Face), builds a concept graph, and runs its full L1→L2→L3 cognitive pipeline (citation lineage, forward cascade, entropy gaps, bridge detection, convergence detection, and autonomous trajectory exploration on its own surfaced gaps). Every run delivers, as PDFs: the Article (structural-topology briefing — the field’s topology, untested foundations, convergence signals, and bridges between disconnected research communities), the paired Technical Report, and the R&D Intelligence Decision Memo (a 2–3 page persona-targeted prescriptive deliverable — ranked actions, untested foundations worth re-validating, contested claims). The Layer 2 gap research and Layer 3 trajectory exploration are part of the single run, not a separate purchase.
Field-license and enclave terms are set in their respective agreements. Enclave deployment (the engine running inside your own environment) is arranged via the contact-sales path or the LEF Engine Licensing Guide.
A run counts only when it completes. If a run fails for a technical reason on our end (engine error, generation crash, empty output) before it produces its artifacts, it is not counted against your workspace — the run is automatically returned to your balance. If a completed run’s artifacts are defective due to an error on our end, contact sales@livingedenframeworks.com within seven days and we will re-run it at no charge.
Try-It runs are granted at no charge and carry no refund terms. Field-license and enclave deployment refund and re-run terms are governed by their respective License Schedules.
You own every artifact DCFN - Research generates from your inputs. The Article (.docx), Technical Report (.docx), Decision Memo (.docx), and any Go Deeper deepened analysis are your work product. You may share them, modify them, cite them, or use them in any way you choose. Living Eden Frameworks LLC claims no authorship or co-authorship on anything we generate for you.
Living Eden Frameworks LLC owns the DCFN - Research engine — the software, the models, the methods, the patent portfolio underlying the service, and the aggregate analysis techniques. Your use of the service does not transfer any rights to the engine.
What feeds the engine — and what does not. Your raw submissions to DCFN - Research — topic queries, uploaded documents (when that intake path ships), corpus enrichment material — are processed to produce your run’s artifacts. They are not retained as a training corpus and are not used to train or fine-tune any model. The only thing that feeds LEF Ai Engine’s cross-build learning is the HMAC-hashed structural signal described in §5.1 — one-way, non-reversible, and on by default with an opt-out.
To the extent any license is needed to run the engine over the signal you contribute, you grant Living Eden Frameworks LLC a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use that hashed structural signal in the calibration and continuous improvement of the LEF Ai Engine and the DCFN engine builds it powers. This license does not:
If you would rather contribute nothing at all, turn off pattern sharing (§5.1) or use an Enclave deployment (Section 6), which is fully isolated.
5.1. Substrate pattern sharing — on by default, you can turn it off. By default, your runs contribute HMAC-hashed structural signals — counts and distributions of the structural patterns a run surfaces (gaps, convergence anchors, hypotheses) — to LEF Ai Engine’s cross-build substrate learning. Your raw queries, corpus, documents, and findings never leave your run; only the one-way hashed fingerprint does, and it is not reversible to your inputs or outputs. You can turn this off at any time per workspace on the Manage Team page (the “LEF Ai Engine · Substrate Pattern Sharing” toggle); turning it off stops the signals on your next run. Enclave deployments (Section 6) are fully isolated and contribute nothing regardless of this setting. Pharma, biotech, and other regulated-industry buyers who require zero contribution can either disable pattern sharing or use an Enclave deployment.
Enclave deployments ship as single-tenant Docker images that run inside the customer's own VPC. Enclave deployments use the customer's own GCP project for Firestore (Path B pluggable architecture); LEF Ai Engine infrastructure never sees Enclave user data, audit-trail writes, or run output. The engine refuses to silently fall back to LEF's default ADC project in an Enclave deployment — if the customer hasn't configured their GCP project, the engine fails loud at startup rather than route data to LEF infrastructure.
This architecture is designed to satisfy strict regulatory residency requirements (including FDA 21 CFR Part 11 audit-trail requirements). It is not a substitute for the customer's own compliance work, but it removes the data-egress failure mode that would block compliance reviews.
DCFN - Research outputs are the product of an automated reasoning engine. They are not reviewed by a domain expert before delivery. They are not scientific advice, not investment advice, not regulatory guidance, and not legal advice. Treating an engine output as a settled finding without independent verification is the user's risk, not ours.
The engine reads titles and abstracts (full-text grounding ships in v0.6.x); a paper whose main contribution lives deep in its methodology section may be underweighted in the analysis. "Untested foundation" means citation-stale, not debunked. Decisions worth more than the cost of independent verification (capital allocation, regulatory filings, replication programs) should be backed by full-text reading and professional judgment.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe in good faith that you've violated these Terms. Unused runs in your workspace represent paid run capacity; on a termination not caused by your violation of these Terms, we will refund the value of unused runs at the price paid. Enclave deployment termination consequences are governed by their respective License Schedules.
DCFN - Research is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantee of uninterrupted service. The engine may be offline for maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected failures. If a generation is in flight when an outage occurs, we will re-run per Section 4.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Living Eden Frameworks LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the total fees you've paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the DCFN - Research site and, where we have an account email on file, by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
